What Should We Do During Covid-19 Scenario

We have to do something in our daily routine to keep ourselves healthy and energetic, not only during covid phase but afterwards too.
Let me explain…
We should have to follow the rule of six Essential Causes to maintain our health : i e.
ASBAAB E SITTAH ZAROORIYA (Unani System of Medicine)
1.AIR:
Take fresh air daily early in the morning by breathing exercise, as it provides us natural oxygen to vitalize our body organs.
2. EAT & DRINK:
Make a habit to take nutritious, healthy and balanced diet (i.e ,Riched in Iron, protein, minerals, fibers in essential quantity etc.) only. Don’t consume Alcohol and such food which can’t be digested easily and harmful to health.Take enough healthy drink like Water, Fruit juice, Coconut water to keep our body hydrated and maintain our kidney’s health and our body fluids. It also helps us to excret unnecessary fluids which are not needed to our body.
3. MOVEMENT AND REPOSE OF BODY:
It defines to movement of body, means do normal exercises which covers all joints and muscles, it will revitalize our body daily.Beside movement it is necessary to take enough rest also, because our body needs to take rest to perform other maintaining process and heal tissues injuries.
4. MOVEMENT & REPOSE MENTAL HEALTH:
Activate your mind through brain exercises, Reading books, solving puzzles, to write down your thoughts, draw pictures, painting etc. It will improve your mental health.Beside these, we have give rest to our brain to avoid getting exhausted, So take rest. During rest our Brain getting boost up.
5. SLEEP AND WAKEFULNESS:
Sleeping and wakefulness both should be in equilibrium, excess sleeping is a sign of lazyness and excessive wakefulness is harmful to the brain because there is a chance to develop insomnia and dementia both are equally harmful.When we are sleeping at night or whenever we need to sleep, our memories are getting consolidate and it recharges our brain.
6. RETENTION AND EVACUATION :
All essential things to be needed for our body eg. Fat , Protein, Minerals, Vitamins, Hormones etc., should be retained in our body in normal quantities.All unnecessary things, eg. Sweat, Urine, Stool, sputum and other waste products should be eliminated from our body.If essential things are excreted and unnecessary things are retained in our body…Body will be deseased.
CONCLUSION:
So that it is clear that how it’s necessary to keep our body fit and healthy. If we follow all six essential things which have been described by ancient Unani Physicians so many years ago ..we can boost our immunity all the time and keep ourselves free from all diseases.
